We collect information you provide (name, email) and usage data (logs ingested, API calls) to operate the Service.

We use your data to provide and improve LogFlow, send service-related emails, and ensure security.

Your log data is stored in ClickHouse Cloud. Account data is stored in PostgreSQL (Neon). We use industry-standard security measures.

We use: Clerk (authentication), LemonSqueezy (payments), Resend (email). Each has their own privacy policy.

We retain log data according to your plan limits. Account data is retained until you delete your account.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@getlogflow.com.
