By accessing or using LogFlow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LogFlow is a cloud-based log management platform that allows developers and DevOps teams to ingest, search, and monitor application logs.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use LogFlow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LogFlow to:

  • Store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without permission

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all log data you ingest into LogFlow. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.

7. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

LogFlow is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
